When will the Regatta take place?
The regatta takes place every August bank holiday. This year it will be on Monday 28th August 11.00am – 4.00pm at Dale End Park/ Ironbridge Rowing Club!
Thanks to Telford and Wrekin’s Council’s Kings Coronation Fund, this year our regatta is more than a little bit special!
- We are lucky enough to have three talented local artists, Cal Westbrook, Aya Sphynx and Caris Jackson providing some family fun activities with a bit of a Royal theme!
- The Fussler Potts racers will have to retrieve more than just fish this year.
- Our wonderful 2m tall willow woven crown will be on display and for the grand finale a mass coracle drift will accompany it down the river to just past the Iron Bridge.
